Yorkville Sound Releases Most Bass-Heavy Full Range Cabinet with Elite Double 15"

December 2019

TORONTO, ON (December 5, 2019)- Yorkville Sound expands the Elite family of powered speakers by introducing the EF215P, the only double 15" cabinet in the current Elite line-up. The EF215P will make its debut at the 2020 Winter NAMM show.

The most bass-heavy full range cabinet in the Yorkville catalogue, Elite's EF215P consists of two 15" speakers with a 3.5" titanium horn driver, dispersing at 60"X40". Housed in a bass reflex cabinet, the EF215P is designed to deliver big sound just as it is, without any modifications.

Jeff Cowling, Yorkville Sound's Vice President of Sales & Marketing explains, "The idea for the EF215P came from dealers we work with in Latin America & the Caribbean. Large scale dance parties with thousands in attendance are commonplace and there is a need for a tremendous amount of output. With the EF215P, the user can place one dual 15 cabinet on each side of the stage and let the music do all the work."

In Elite's history there have been various double speaker cabinets; however, the EF215P is the first of its kind to be powered. "As a standalone unit," says Cowling, "the EF215P is Elite's the most powerful full-range box. When paired with the ES21P subwoofer, you have the most powerful combo in the Elite line ."

Experience the Elite EF215P speaker this Winter NAMM at Yorkville Sound's showroom #17206.
