NX 15” Powered Loudspeaker
For over twenty years, NX loudspeakers have earned a reputation for proven reliability. The traditional analog design works equally well as a front of house speaker or stage monitor. The NX750P-2 is designed for applications that require a powerful full-range cabinet with the extended bass response of a 15” woofer.
The innovative power module combines a two-tier Class H amplifier for high frequencies and a newly-designed Class D switching amplifier for low frequencies. This results in reduced weight and heat production while delivering reliability, high headroom, and clean transients. A neodymium woofer magnet and composite enclosure further reduce weight.
The rear panel features a master level control, a selectable LF rolloff for use with a subwoofer or as a vocal monitor, and a switchable onboard mixer section. When enabled, this provides an XLR microphone input and 1/4" line inputs with level controls and 2-band EQ. Link inputs and outputs provide balanced connectivity to other cabinets. Up to three onboard mixers can be active in a linked system, providing up to three mic inputs and six line inputs without requiring an external mixer.
Inputs and controls are well-protected, so the NX750P-2 can be used in any orientation. It was carefully designed for low operating temperatures and reduced heat production, so it can be placed close to walls, floors, and other speakers.
Acoustic performance is ultimately the most important factor in any loudspeaker. The NX750P-2 offers 1600 watts of peak power (750 watts program), handles 133 dB of peak SPL, and a wide, smooth audio range to ensure high-fidelity sound throughout any venue.
