Yorkville Unveils Synergy Array Series at NAMM 2019

2018-11-27

TORONTO, ON (November 27, 2018)– Canadian Pro Audio Manufacturer and Distributor, Yorkville Sound is proud to announce the Synergy Array Series, their largest and most powerful point-source system to date. The Synergy series will premiere at the 2019 Winter NAMM Show and will be featured at the Winter NAMM Loud Speaker Showcase.

The Synergy system consists of the SA153, a three-way full-range active cabinet, along with the SA315S active subwoofer. “We believe we have created the ultimate point source speaker system, incorporating Tom Danley’s patented Paraline Lens and Synergy Horn technologies into this powerful & portable array,” says Steve Long, President of Yorkville Sound.

“From a technical standpoint there are certain things the Synergy system does that are unlike any other active point source loudspeaker in the market,” says Todd Michael, Yorkville Sound’s Head of Loudspeaker Research & Development. “The measurements are irrefutable. Precise directivity control and array-ability are exceptional by all standards as is the shockingly high output for its size and footprint.”

Synergy’s versatility is unprecedented. The most versatile array system of its kind, Synergy is scalable in both horizontal and vertical planes and the perfect sound reinforcement solution for the club, outdoor festival, theatre and arena. This system is adaptable to suit any coverage pattern needed. For the first time, the user is in complete control of where the sound is projected.

The Synergy series components have been optimized for power handling and protection inside the box. The user has the ability to run a signal through the Synergy system, turn up the volume and not have to worry about overpowering or overexerting the cabinet.

Never before has a large point source system with this much output and sound quality been this easy to set up and use. With limited amount of knowledge and manpower, The Synergy series is simple to get performance-ready both physically and acoustically. The result is always a head-turning PA system.

“Synergy is the most technically advanced large-scale PA Yorkville has ever put to market,” says Jeff Cowling, Yorkville Sound’s VP of Sales & Marketing. “We have refined the patented Paraline lens technology, powered a box with our best amplification and best processing technologies and amalgamated them into a truly optimized cabinet. All 55 years of Yorkville’s experience with loudspeaker and electronic technologies have brought us to the Synergy Array Series.”

The Synergy Array Series will be exhibited at the Yorkville Sound Winter NAMM Booth #17305 and featured at The NAMM Loudspeaker System Showcase January 24 – 26.
